WHY AEROBACE?

Between business and technology.

Throughout my career, I've often worked between two worlds.

Business

People who understand the operational problem but don't necessarily have the tools, analytics or data structure required to solve it.

Technology

People who understand systems and analytics but don't always understand the operational decision behind the requirement.

Aerobace sits between those two worlds: understand the business problem, structure the decision, use technology where it adds value and make the solution practical.
HOW I WORK

Practical rather than theoretical.

01

Understand

Start with the business problem, not the technology.

02

Simplify

Identify the few issues and decisions that really matter.

03

Implement

Build processes, analytics and capabilities that teams can continue using after the assignment.
